What makes chia seeds & hemp seeds so nutritious?
Chia is an ancient seed that has been consumed for centuries, dating back to the Aztec and Incan empires. These little mighty seeds are loaded with nutritional benefits such as omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, and antioxidants. When added to liquid, the chia gels up and expands up to 9 times its size!
Hemp seeds are also considered one of Earth's most nutritious plants. Rich in protein and omega 3's, this nutty tasting food packs a powerhouse full of antioxidants and nutrients such as magnesium, iron, potassium & fiber. Both chia and hemp seeds are excellent sources of plant protein.
How long does the cereal stay fresh for after it's opened?
You can keep it in a cool, dry place, or in the fridge. It can stay fresh for up to 90 days. An unopened bag has a shelf life of one year from the date of manufacturing.

Is your cereal line allergy friendly?
Yes, you bet! We recognize the need for more safe, allergy friendly foods in the marketplace. Our cereal line is free from the top 8 allergens (wheat, egg, dairy, peanut, tree nut, soy, fish and shellfish) as well as corn free. There are products that claim they are allergy free because their ingredient list does not contain common allergens, however, those same products are produced on equipment that is shared with allergens, which in turn, may cause reactions in those people who are higly sensitive or allergic. Super sensitive bodies can detect trace amounts of allergens and can cause a severe reaction. Not only are our cereals produced on dedicated allergen free equipment, we even made sure the facility is allergy free too!
